Schedule at the push of a button

League, group stage with knockout or straight knockout – Startelf suggests a structure to match your number of teams and spreads every match across your pitches and time slots. You set match length, breaks and the lunch break.

A match doesn't fit? Drag it around the grid or let the times be redistributed. Conflicts (one team playing twice at the same time) are flagged, byes are collected automatically.

Frequently asked questions

What does tournament management cost?

Creating and managing tournaments comes with the annual subscription – unlimited tournaments for a whole year for only 9.99€. If you already have the Startelf app's Manager subscription, you don't need another one. Spectators pay nothing.

Do I have to pay right away?

No. Fill in the wizard, save your draft and add teams whenever you like. The subscription is only taken out when you click “Create tournament”.

I don't have all the teams yet – can I still start?

Yes. Your draft is saved automatically. You can also add teams any time after creating the tournament while it is in draft status; the schedule is only generated when you say so.

Do spectators need an account or the app?

No. The public tournament page is a normal link in the browser – on a phone, tablet or projector. Results and standings update live.

Which tournament formats are supported?

League (round robin, single or double), group stage with knockout (including best third-placed teams, third-place match or placement round) and straight knockout. Up to 64 teams, 16 groups and 16 pitches.

Do I need the Startelf app?

No, tournament management runs in the browser. With the app, though, you can pull teams with roster and logo straight into your tournament or invite other Startelf teams.
